The portal allows you to book appointments, access documentation, and start teletherapy sessions. New clients will receive an automated welcome email to set up an account.
The welcome email will arrive from "noreply@therapyportal.com", and the subject will be "Good Habit Mental Health Client Portal Invitation". If you do not see the welcome email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
All clients must create a portal account.
As a new client, there are a few forms for you to review and sign. You can access all of these documents via your portal account.
Please complete all documentation requests at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows your clinician ample time for review ahead of your session.
Before your session, you’ll receieve a call to introduce ourselves and make sure we are the right fit for you. This call is free of charge.
If don’t think we’re the right fit, we’re happy to proivde referrals and suggested next steps. Our administrator will cancel your intake appointment (don’t worry, you don’t have to be worried about being charged any fees).
After your first appointment (intake session), you can feel free to make appointments right within the portal (or you can arrange directly with your clinician).
There is a late cancellation (less than 24 hours)/no-show fee of $75.
